Verified Product Reach
We guide our Activation Hosts to accurately list their activation spaces on our platform. However we also use a combination of metrics to review and approve every single activation space before it is live to ensure our brands can book with the highest level of trust and confidence.
When listing an Activation Space, our hosts are required to provide a “Product Reach” figure based on their normal foot traffic. Their product reach estimate is the number of customers that they can connect a brand with and can be broken down for week days, weekend and even hours.
With a network of Brand Activation Spaces that fall across all verticals, Brandcrush has a unique insight into the average product reach volumes across each business category. Big data metrics give us a clear view on average product reach per business type, category and location. Additionally given we only list businesses, our team also verify this data with social and digital insights. Using this data, we can easily identify outliers that require further investigation by our team.
Additionally, our self sign up Activation Hosts are often prompted to provide additional documentation to verify their reach. For example, gyms provide member sign in data for weekday and weekends.
Activation Reports
If you engage the Activation Host to activate for you, they’ll provide an activation report once completed. This report includes photographic evidence of the Activation and general consumer feedback. We also encourage “insta-worthy’ images that you and your Activation Hosts can share on social channels.
Guaranteed Product Reach
If an Activation Host is executing for a brand, our terms and conditions state that an Activation Host must distribute all brand material, up to the guaranteed product reach volume (Regardless of the dates booked for a given activation or campaign).
Flagging
Brands have the ability to flag an Activation Host if they believe they are not true to their listing. Any Activation Host spaces that have been flagged will be immediately paused, and payouts will be withheld until the flag has been investigated.
Mystery Shoppers
Brandcrush provide a further verification process in the form of Mystery Shoppers. This ensures that activations are being executed as booked and also provide another opportunity to verify reach metrics.
Reviews
Brandcrush has also implemented a rating system similar to Uber and Ebay. Brands get the opportunity to provide Activation Hosts with a 5 star rating that is displayed publicly on the host listing. This user driven rating system allows our community of brands and hosts to self moderate as scale.
Secure payments
Secure payment is just one of the benefits of booking activation spaces through Brandcrush. Our platform takes payment upon accepted activation requests and only pays out to approved Activation Hosts after a verified Activation Report has been provided to the brand, or a successful activation has been executed by a brand in a space.
